Summer Rates: May 1st to Sept. 23rd
- $125 for the 1st night.
- $120 for each additional night.
- There is an additional $15 per night charge for the use of the twin bed.
Winter Special Rates: Sept. 23rd to May 1st
- $65 for the 1st night.
- $60 for each additional night.
- There is an additional $15 per night charge for the use of the twin bed.
Whole Suite: 2 bedrooms, each w/a queen and twin bed, bathroom, and relaxing sunroom
- $200 per night.
- Use of twin beds is an additional $15 per bed per night.

Rental Policies
Reservation Policies
- We hold and Confirm your reservation with your cc number.
- Please pay w/cash or check upon your arrival.
- Check-in is anytime after 4pm.
Cancellation Policies
- More than 2 weeks notice, subject to 10% accounting fee.
- 2 weeks to 48 hours, will be charged 50% of their deposit.
- Less than 48 hours ahead, will forfeit the total deposit.
